Invocation:

I release the clock’s demand.
I soften the grip of “should.”
I return to the rhythm that lives within me—
the rhythm that has never once been late.
— And so I trust the tide of my becoming.

📜 Sacred Timing

There is a sacred timing that moves beneath the surface of your life.
It does not bow to urgency.
It does not answer to comparison.
It pulses with the beat of becoming,
and it is always, always right on time.

You were not late to your healing.
You were not early to your knowing.
You arrived the moment the soil of your soul was soft enough
to let the seed break open.

The world may pressure you to rush.
To bloom out of season.
To prove your worth before you feel it.

But your soul is older than all of that.

It knows when the light is ready to reach you.
It knows when the truth can land without fear.
It knows when the mirror will no longer shatter you—
but show you.

Right on time is not a date.
It’s a frequency.
It’s a deep, inward yes that echoes through every part of you
without panic, without push, without apology.

You may not always understand the delay.
But you will feel the arrival.
And when it comes,
you will look back and realise—
you were never behind.
You were just becoming the one
who could carry the light you now hold.

Sit quietly and ask yourself:

• What in my life have I judged as “too late”?
• Where do I still measure my worth against someone else’s timeline?
• What would it feel like to believe that my becoming is unfolding exactly as it should?

Breathe into that possibility.
Let your body exhale the weight of urgency.
Let your soul speak in its own time.

I am not late.
I am not early.
I am in rhythm.

I do not chase what is mine.
I do not force what is sacred.
I do not measure myself by someone else’s journey.

I am on time because I am in time.

I release the need to rush.
I honour the wisdom of the pause.
I trust the slow unfolding.

Let me walk in time with my soul, not my fear.

And so it is.
And so I arrive.
